Iddy is USUALLY available any time on Saturdays.If you have a question, please, try to look up the information as best you can. If you are still stumped and unable to fix your problem, mail iddy and you will be gotten back to on saturday. If iddy helps you outside of saturday, please don't expect this to be the standard. As guild leader, it is hard to take time to help while running successful raids, a successful guild, and have any kind of life outside of game. I value my time and hope that you do too. So while I am willing to help, I MUST limit my time.
